多囊卵巢综合征患者应用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of Diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的 探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍在多囊卵巢综合征患者中应用效果。方法 依据随机数字表法将100例多囊卵巢综合征患者分为对照组(50例,达英-35治疗),观察组(50例,达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗),均连续治疗3周。比较两组治疗前后黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)水平、体质量指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMAIR),治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后观察组与对照组患者的血清FSH、LH、T、BMI、HOMA-IR水平均呈现降低趋势,且观察组更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 达英-35联合二甲双胍作为治疗方法,可以调节多囊卵巢患者的性激素水平,改善内分泌环境,且其安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Diane-35 combined with metformin as a treatment method in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 100 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into control group(50 patients, treated with Diane-35) and observation group(50 patients, treated with Diane-35 and metformin)according to the random number table. All patients were treated for 3 weeksboth groups were treated for 3 weeks. The levels of luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), testosterone(T) levels], body mass index(BMI), homeostasismodel assessment resistance index(HOMA-IR)before and after treatment, and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, the serum FSH, LH, T, BMI and HOMA-IR levels of patients in the observation group and the control group after treatment showed a downward trend, and the observation group was lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin therapy in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can regulate the body’s sex hormone levels, improve the endocrine environment, and has high safety.
