异位妊娠超声图像特点及阴道联合腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的价值研究

Ultrasound image characteristics of ectopic pregnancy and the value of vaginal and abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的 分析异位妊娠超声图像特点以及阴道联合腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的应用价值。方法 选取本院收治的68例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,依据入院时间将其分为对照组(34例,接受腹部超声检查),研究组(34例,阴道超声联合腹部超声检查),比较两组患者诊断结果的总检出率、符合率、漏诊率。结果 经比较,研究组总检出率、符合率分别为(100.00%)、(97.06%)均高于对照组(82.35%)、(76.47%),漏诊率(2.94%)低于对照组(23.53%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在异位妊娠的诊断中,阴道超声联合腹部超声可以提高诊断符合率,确保在早期发现,争取保守治疗的机会,改善妊娠情况。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of ultrasound images of ectopic pregnancy and the application value of vaginal and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 68 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the time of admission, they were divided into control group and study group, with 34 cases in each. The control group received abdominal ultrasonography, and the study group received vaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography. The total detection rate, accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of the diagnostic results of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total detection rate and coincidence rate of the study group were higher, and the missed diagnosis rate was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, vaginal ultrasonography combined with abdominal ultrasonography can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate, ensure early detection, strive for the opportunity of conservative treatment, and improve the pregnancy situation.
