摘要
通过1例急性肺动脉栓塞和左下肢深静脉血栓栓塞症孕产妇急救经过,分析静脉血栓栓塞症的原因和预防措施,并进行相关讨论,以做好孕期、产褥期静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的预防,避免孕产妇死亡。
Objective Through the first aid of a pregnant woman with acute pulmonary embolism and left lower extremity deep venous thromboembolism, the causes and preventive measures of venous thromboembolism were analyzed, and related discussions were conducted to prevent venous thromboembolism(VTE) during pregnancy and puerperium and avoid maternal death.
