优质护理在LEEP刀手术治疗宫颈癌前病变患者中的临床效果

Observation on clinical effect of high-quality nursing care in patients with cervical precancerous lesions treated with LEEP knife surgery

目的 探讨优质护理在超高频电波(LEEP)刀手术治疗宫颈癌前病变患者中的应用效果。方法 对本院74例接受LEEP刀手术治疗的宫颈癌前病变患者进行选取,以随机数字表法作为分组依据,其中对照组(37例)接受常规护理,观察组(37例)接受优质护理。对两组患者护理前后各项指标进行对比分析。结果 观察组手术时间、脱痂期出血量、术后下床时间及住院时间与对照组比缩短;与护理前比,护理后两组疾病不确定感、焦虑情绪及抑郁情绪评分均降低,观察组低于对照组;观察组并发症总发生率为5.40%,低于对照组的24.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 为接受过LEEP刀手术治疗宫颈癌前病变的患者提供优质护理,这将缩短患者康复所需的时间,改善其负面心理状况,并减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing care in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) knife surgery. Methods A total of 74 patients with cervical precancerous lesions receiving LEEP knife surgery in our hospital were selected, and the sample size was divided into two groups based on the random number table method. Among them, 37 cases in the control group received routine care, and 37 cases in the observation group received high-quality care. The indexes of patients in the two groups before and after nursing were comparatively analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time, bleeding volume during the eschar removal stage, time of getting out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter. Compared with before nursing, the disease uncertainty,anxiety and depression scores in the two groups decreased after nursing, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The complication rate of the observation group was 5.40% lower than that of the control group 24.32%(P<0.05). Conclusion Providing quality care to patients who have undergone LEEP knife surgery for cervical precancerous lesions will shorten the time required for recovery, ameliorate their negative psychological condition and reduce the incidence of complications.
