规范化盆底康复护理对孕产妇盆底肌肌力和生活质量的影响

Effect of standardized pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on maternal pelvic floor muscle strength, urinary incontinence and quality of life

目的 探讨孕产妇实施规范化盆底康复护理对其生活质量和盆底肌力的改善效果。方法 选择产后盆底功能障碍产妇50例,将其按照抽签法分为观察组(25例)和对照组(25例)。对照组应用传统康复干预措施,观察组采取规范化盆底康复护理。两组产妇均干预至产后3个月。对比两组各项指标。结果 两组盆底功能恢复正常率、生活质量各维度评分进行比较,观察组高于对照组;两组盆底肌电情况进行比较,观察组优于对照组;观察组尿失禁发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 规范化盆底康复护理措施应用于孕产妇对其盆底肌肌力的改善作用显著,可减少尿失禁的发生,提供患者整体生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on maternal pelvic floor muscle strength, urinary incontinence and quality of life. Methods 50 puerperae with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction were selected and divided into observation group(25 cases) and control group(25 cases) by drawing lots, with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional rehabilitation interventions, while the observation group was given standardized pelvic floor rehabilitation care. The two groups of women were intervened until 3 months postpartum. The indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate of pelvic floor function and the scores of various dimensions of quality of life in the two groups were compared. The scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;comparison of pelvic floor electromyography between the two groups showed that the observation group was superior to the control group;the incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing measures applied to pregnant and lying-in women can significantly improve their pelvic floor muscle strength, reduce the occurrence of urinary incontinence, and provide patients with overall quality of life.
