综合护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征产妇产程的影响观察

Observation on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the labor process of puerperae with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

目的 分析综合护理干预措施对妊娠高血压综合征产妇产程的影响。方法 选取50例妊娠高血压综合征产妇,以随机数字法分为对照组(25例,常规护理)和观察组(25例,综合护理)。统计对比两组产程时间以及出血量、不良妊娠结局、护理满意度、护理有效率。结果 观察组第一、二、三产程时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组;观察组产妇不良妊娠结局发生率(8.00%)低于对照组(32.00%),护理满意度以及护理有效率(92.00%、96.00%)均高于对照组(64.00%、76.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠高血压综合征产妇以综合护理措施进行干预能够有效缩短产程时间,降低出血量水平,提高护理满意度以及护理质量,减少不良妊娠发生风险。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on the labor process of puerperae with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods A total of 50 puerperae with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were selected and randomly divided into the control group(25 cases, routine nursing) and the observation group(25 cases, comprehensive nursing). The labor time, blood loss, adverse pregnancy outcomes, nursing satisfaction and nursing efficiency between the two groups were compared. Results The first, second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of bleeding was less than that in the control group;the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes(8.00%) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(32.00%), and nursing satisfaction and nursing efficiency(92.00%, 96.00%) were higher than the control group(64.00%, 76.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention with comprehensive nursing measures for women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can effectively shorten labor time, reduce blood loss, improve nursing satisfaction and nursing quality, and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy.
