以某款游戏机下视窗塑件的IMR成型模为例,介绍IMR工艺的模具设计要求,通过模具为载体论述IMR工艺在设计、制造、生产等环节与常规工艺的不同之处,该成型工艺相比普通模具多一道箔膜转写步骤。模具为倒装结构,经实际生产验证,成型的塑件符合要求,可为类似塑件的IMR工艺模具设计提供参考。

Taking the IMR moulding mould of a game machine down view window plastic part as an example,the die design requirements of the IMR process were introduced.The difference between the IMR process and the conventional process in the design,manufacture,production and other links was discussed using the mould as the carrier,and the moulding process had one more foil transliteration step than the ordinary mould.The inverted mould structure had been verified by actual production that the molded plastic parts met the requirements,which could provide a reference to the IMR process mould design of similar plastic parts.
