摘要
基于精密快换夹具、精密加工中心和精密电火花机,研究采用固定基准法进行电极定位的精度,对定位精度的变化趋势和影响因素进行分析。试验结果表明:固定基准法的定位精度受到型体在电极上的坐标、型体截面尺寸、电极高度以及工件在电火花机上的安装位置等因素的影响,固定基准法具有与基准台法同等的定位精度。
Based on the precision magic chuck,precision machining center and precision EDM,the positioning accuracy of electrode using fixed datum method was studied,and the changing trend and influencing factors of the positioning accuracy were analyzed.The test results showed that the positioning accuracy of the fixed datum method was affected by the coordinate of the part on the electrode,the section size of the part,the electrode height and the installation position of the workpiece on EDM,and the fixed datum method has the same positioning accuracy as the standard station method.
