摘要
文章的研究内容为钢筋混凝土保护层厚度检测,提出一种使用FMCW雷达的钢筋混凝土检测方法,建立钢筋混凝土检测的数学模型,并推导出保护层厚度的计算公式。针对雷达在检测钢筋时无法确定其所在位置和多次检测存在耗时长、准确性差的问题,根据FMCW雷达的测角原理与测距原理推导出钢筋保护层厚度的计算公式,以此可以在钢筋正视位置附近一定角度范围内对钢筋保护层厚度达到精准检测并确定出钢筋所在位置。仿真分析的结果表明,该方法在规定范围内可实现对钢筋保护层厚度的精准检测。
The research content of the paper is the thickness detection of reinforced concrete protective layer. A reinforced concrete detection method using FMCW radar is proposed, the mathematical model of reinforced concrete detection is established, and the calculation formula of protective layer thickness is derived. In view of the fact that the radar cannot determine the location of the reinforcement when detecting it, relying on experience and knowledge and multiple detection, there are problems of time-consuming and poor accuracy. According to the angle measurement principle and ranging principle of FMCW radar, the calculation formula of reinforcement cover thickness is deduced. In the way, the thickness of reinforcement protective layer can be accurately detected within a certain angle range near the front position of reinforcement, and the position of reinforcement can be determined. The results of simulation analysis show that the method can accurately detect the thickness of reinforcement cover in the range.
