摘要
通过分析−半制备型HPLC和柱色谱法对鼎湖血桐枝叶的化学成分进行了分离纯化,运用NMR技术对化合物结构进行了鉴定,得到了13个单体化学成分,分别为香叶木素(1),蜜橘素(2),川陈皮素(3),5,4′-二羟基-3,6,7-三甲氧基黄酮(4),猫眼草酚D(5),甘草苷元(6),表儿茶素(7),儿茶素(8),异甘草苷元(9),根皮素(10),根皮苷(11),反式白藜芦醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(12)和厚朴酚(13),所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.化合物4和13对MCF-7和HCT-116肿瘤细胞株表现出一定的细胞毒活性.
The chemical constituents from Macaranga sampsonii were isolated and purified by semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography,column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.The structures of the compounds were elucidated by NMR spectral analysis.Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified,including diosmetin(1),tangeretin(2),nobiletin(3),5,4'-dihydroxy-3,6,7-trimethoxyflavone(4),chrysosplenol D(5),liquiritigenin(6),epicatechin(7),catechin(8),isoliquiritigenin(9),phloretin(10),phloridzin(11),trans-resveratrol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),magnolol(13).All these compounds were first isolated from this plant.And compounds 4 and 13 showed weak anti-tumor activity.
