某炼化油厂原油加工方案探讨

Discussion on the Crude Oil Processing Scheme of a Refinery Plant

不同种类的原油有不同的性质。为了提高原油的提炼效率,应根据不同原油的性质制定适合该种原油的加工方案。从原油加工的应用结果来看,某炼油厂常压装置Ⅰ配套原油品种中LF、BN原油的单炼效果最佳,XJ原油次之;JZ25-1、WZ、BZ28-2S、PY则不宜单炼,适合掺炼;PL19-3也不宜单炼,适合掺炼。

Different kinds of crude oil has different properties,in order to improve the refining rate,many refineries cannot achieve the optimal scheme,to solve the problem in this paper,according to the nature of the crude oil,the application of crude oil processing from a refinery I plant supporting crude varieties LF,BN single best,XJ crude second,JZ25-1,WZ,BZ28-2 S,PY should not be single refining,suitable for blending,PL19-3 should not be single refining,suitable for blending.
