摘要
针对舰载直升机高海况起降与高质效作业(简称“双高”)能力需求,分析了舰艇航空“双高”能力概念内涵,从舰机一体化、舰艇航空装备建设、舰机适配试飞、标准化建设和人员能力养成等方面总结了国外舰艇航空“双高”能力建设的先进理念,通过研究舰艇航空“双高”能力影响因素,提出了舰艇航空“双高”能力建设发展方向,为海军舰艇航空“双高”能力建设提供参考。
Aimed at the requirements of the takoff and landing under high sea conditions and the high quality and efficiency operation("dual height")capability of shipborne helicopter,the concept connotation of"dual high"capability of ship aviation is analyzed.From the aspects of ship-aircraft integration,ship-aircraft equipment construction,ship-aircraft adaptation test flight,standardization construction and personnel ability cultivation,the advance construction of"dual height"capability of foreign ship aviation are summarized.By studying the influencing factors of ship aviation"dual height"capability,the development direction of ship aviation"dual height"capability construction,thus it can provide a reference for naval ship aviation"dual height"capability construction.
