指挥信息系统智能化水平评估方法

Intelligent Level Evaluation Method for Command and Control System

针对现有评估方法在指挥信息系统的智能化水平评估中不适用的现状,提出了一种定性和定量相结合的评估方法。面向该类系统的功能特征和技术特征,构建了评估指标体系,进一步构造评估模型,给出一种兼顾可解释和泛用性的综合评估方法。最后,将评估模型计算结果转化为系统的智能化等级。该方法可为指挥信息系统的智能化评估提供理论支持。

Aimed at the current unsuitable situation of existing evaluation methods in the intelligence level evaluation for the command information systems,an evaluation method integrated with qualitative and quantitative evaluation is proposed.Faced to functional and technical features of the systems,an evaluation index system is constructed,and the evaluation model is further constructed.An explainable and generic intelligent evaluation method is given.Finally,the intelligent level of the system is converted from calculating result of evaluation model.The method can provide theory support for intelligent evaluation of the command information systems.
