乡村公共服务数字化是数字乡村建设的重要内容,数字技术是乡村公共服务创新、推进乡村全面振兴的新动能。数字技术在乡村公共服务数字化、高效化、智慧化过程中发挥关键作用,通过信息透明、交易成本降低、服务网络化赋能乡村公共服务创新。当前,数字技术赋能乡村公共服务创新仍存在数字化人才不足、数字基础设施不完善、数据共享机制不健全、公共服务数字化融合不够等客观问题,需要聚焦乡村公共服务数字化,加快人才队伍与基础设施建设,构建数据共享机制,推进数字技术与乡村公共服务的深度融合,激活乡村数字化公共服务资源要素并促进模式创新,提升乡村公共服务效能。

The digitalization of rural public services is an important part of digital rural construction,and digital technology is a new driving force for rural public service innovation and rural all-round revitalization.Digital technology plays a key role in the process of digitalization,efficiency and intelligence of rural public services,empowering rural public service innovation through information transparency,transaction cost reduction and service networking.At present,there are still some objective problems in the innovation of rural public services empowered by digital technology,such as insufficient digital talents,imperfect digital infrastructure,imperfect digital sharing mechanism,and insufficient digital integration of public services.It is necessary to focus on the digitalization of rural public services,accelerate the construction of talent team and infrastructure,construct a data sharing mechanism,promote the deep integration of digital technology and rural public services,activate the elements of rural digital public service resources and promote model innovation to improve the efficiency of rural public services.
