摘要
为应对校长培训中针对性和实效性不强、结构化和系统化不足等问题,基于三期“北京市中小学校长引领教师成长专题培训项目”实践探索,以质量管理理论为基础,构建了包括培训设计、培训执行、培训评价和培训反思四个阶段及十三个环节的“四段一体”校长培训模式。指导校长培训实践在设计阶段,以调研为基础,明晰目标及课程内容,加强培训精准化;在执行阶段,以转化为目的,完善实施结构,提高培训实效性;在评价阶段,以对标为手段,开展多维反馈,突出培训导向性;在反思阶段,以发展为目标,分析成效得失,促进培训承接性。
In order to deal with the problems of weak pertinence and effectiveness, insufficient structuralization and systematization in the principal training, based on the practical exploration of the three times of “Leading Teacher Growth Training Project for Beijing Primary and Secondary School Principals”, with the quality management theory as the theoretical basis, the “four-stage-in-one” principal training model is constructed to guide the practice of principal training, which includes four stages of training design, training implementation, training evaluation and training reflection and thirteen links. Based on the investigation and research, the objectives and course content should be clarified, and the precision of training should be strengthened in the design stage;with the purpose of transformation, the implementation structure ought to be perfected, and the effectiveness of training ought to be improved in the implementation stage;taking the target as a means, the multi-dimensional feedback must be carried out, and the orientation of training must be highlighted in the evaluation stage;with development as the goal, it is necessary to analyze the gains and losses, and promote the continuity of training in the reflection stage.
