摘要
依据国家统计局公布的《数字经济及其核心产业统计分类》对数字经济产业进行界定,并以此编制中国数字经济产业投入产出表。借助投入产出模型的结构分解技术将产业关联机制分解为部门内乘数效应、部门间溢出效应和反馈效应三部分。在考察产业自循环能力的基础上,对中国数字经济产业与制造业的融合进行全面深入的测度。研究表明:第一,数字经济产业和制造业的发展主要依靠乘数效应,其次是溢出效应,反馈效应的影响最小。部门内自循环机制在产业发展过程中的重要性大于部门间关联机制的作用,这点在制造业部门表现尤为明显。第二,数字经济产业与制造业的融合存在非对称性,制造业对数字经济产业发展的支撑作用更显著,是二者融合的主要驱动力。第三,数字经济产业与中技术制造业的融合度最高,其次是高技术制造业,与低技术制造业的融合度较低。第四,对于细分的数字经济产业,数字产品制造业与中、高技术制造业的融合度最高,已形成良性互动融合机制;数字技术应用业与制造业的融合度最低,二者融合互动存在较大障碍。相关研究为理解产业增长动力以及产业间关联特征提供重要依据,可以针对不同制造业部门识别使其快速增长的关键数字经济产业,对于明确数字经济重点发展方向,提高产业政策实施效率具有重要现实意义。
According to the “Statistical Classification of Digital Economy and Its Core Industries” issued by the National Bureau of Statistics, the digital economy industry is defined, and the input-output table of China’s digital economy industry is compiled based on this.Using the structural decomposition technology of the input-output model, the industry linkage mechanism is decomposed into three parts: intra-department multiplier effect, inter-department spillover effect and feedback effect.On the basis of examining the self-circulation capability of the industry, a comprehensive and in-depth measurement of the integration of China’s digital economy industry and manufacturing industry is carried out.The research shows that: first, the development of digital economy industry and manufacturing mainly relies on the multiplier effect, followed by the spillover effect, and the feedback effect has the smallest impact.In the process of industrial development the importance of the intra-sectoral self-circulation mechanism is greater than the role of the inter-departmental linkage mechanism, which is particularly evident in the manufacturing sector.Second, there is asymmetry in the integration of the digital economy industry and the manufacturing industry.The manufacturing industry plays a more significant role in supporting the development of the digital economy industry and is the main driving force for the integration of the two sectors.Third, the digital economy industry has the highest degree of integration with mid-tech manufacturing, followed by high-tech manufacturing, which has a lower degree of integration with low-tech manufacturing.Fourth, for the subdivided digital economy industries, the digital product manufacturing industry has the highest degree of integration with medium and high-tech manufacturing industries, and a benign interaction and integration mechanism has been formed;while the integration degree of digital technology application industry and manufacturing industry is the lowest.There are significant barriers to interaction.Relevant research provides an important basis for understanding industrial growth drivers and inter-industry correlation characteristics.It can identify key digital economy industries that enable rapid growth for different manufacturing sectors.It is of great practical significance for clarifying the key development direction of the digital economy and improving the efficiency of industrial policy implementation.
