摘要
在智能建造的行业背景下,工程管理专业人才培养要紧跟行业发展趋势,培养符合企业和社会需求的应用型人才。从培养学生的工程实践能力和创新应用能力的角度,提出“理论精讲、重在实践、智造引领、追求创新”的改革思路,按照学生能力培养的递进关系及工程项目实际工作流程,纵向上设计了四个递进层次,横向上设计了工程项目管理、工程造价管理和智能建造管理三个能力训练模块,形成了“双能力”培养的工程管理课程体系。该课程体系注重理论知识与工程实践相融合、智能建造与创新培养相融合,培养路径清晰,培养目标符合行业需求。
Under the background of intelligent construction,the training of engineering management professionals should follow the industry trend and satisfy the needs of enterprises and society.From the perspective of cultivating students’ engineering practice ability and innovative ability(hereinafter “dual-ability”),we put forward the reform idea of focusing on practice and pursuit of innovation.According to the progressive relationship of students’ ability cultivation and the actual working process of engineering projects,four progressive levels are designed vertically,and three ability training modules of engineering project management,engineering cost management and intelligent construction management are designed horizontally.A “dual-ability” engineering management course system is formed.The course system pays attention to the integration of theoretical knowledge and engineering practice,and the integration of intelligent construction and innovation cultivation.The path of ability cultivation is clear,and the goal of ability cultivation can better meet the needs of the industry.
