摘要
长期以来,对设计工作质量的控制及评价,尤其是进行量化评价是设计单位关注的热点,也是解决的难点。设计工作质量一般难以定量,通常做法是采用设计产品质量的优劣来间接反映。该文根据工程设计过程中存在的作业质量问题,及其对设计质量形成的影响程度进行归纳分类,并按质量要求转换为对应质量特性,基于数轴原理对各项主要问题给出赋分,形成量化分级指标,为设计质量控制中工作质量的定量评价及目标考核提供量化依据。
For a long time,the control and evaluation of the design work quality,especially the quantitative evaluation,has been the focus of the design unit,and also the difficulty to solve.The quality of design work is generally difficult to quantify,and the general practice is to indirectly reflect the quality of design products.This paper summarizes and classifies the operation quality problems existing in the engineering design process and their influence on the design quality formation,and converts them into corresponding quality characteristics according to the quality requirements.Based on the principle of number axis,it attempts to give scores to each major problem,forming a quantitative grading index,which provides a quantitative basis for the quantitative evaluation and objective assessment of the work quality in the design quality control.
