摘要
为了满足建筑装配率要求,同时可以有效减少工期,提高钢结构建筑梁柱节点可靠性,提出8种类型蜂窝梁柱弱轴向端板连接(栓接)节点,采用有限元软件Abaqus建立相关数值模型并进行节点抗震性能分析,采用环向端板连接的梁柱节点较刚接节点的极限承载能力最大可以提高6.5%,延性最大可以提高11.1%,耗能能力更好,刚度退化速率慢,同时可以实现柱端塑性铰外移至梁端,建议相关工程采用本文所提出的蜂窝钢梁柱弱轴向开口环端板连接节点。
In order to meet the requirements of building assembly rate,effectively reduce the construction period and improve the reliability of beam-column joints in steel structure buildings,eight types of castellated beam-column weak axial end-plate connections(bolted connections)are proposed.The finite element software Abaqus is used to establish the relevant numerical model and analyze the seismic performance of the joints.Compared with the rigid joints,the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of the beam-column joints connected with around end plates can be increased by 6.5%and 11.1%at the maximum,and the rotation angle of the beam-column under the ultimate load is about 1.58 times of that of the rigid joints,so that the energy dissipation capacity is better and the stiffness degradation rate is slower.The plastic hinge at the column end can be moved out to the beam end.It is suggested that the weak axial open ring end plate connection joint of honeycomb steel beam column proposed in this paper should be adopted in related projects.
