习近平生态文明思想视域下国家生态文明试验区(福建)建设的成效、问题与对策

Effectiveness,Problems and Countermeasures on the Construction of National Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone in Fujian from the Perspective of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization

【目的/意义】新时代背景下,以习近平生态文明思想引领福建生态文明试验区建设,为其他省份的生态文明建设提供可借鉴的启示,助推美丽中国建设。【方法/过程】运用文献研究法,明确习近平生态文明思想的科学内涵。运用系统研究法和实地调查研究法,总结福建在生态文明建设方面取得的成效和存在的问题,并据此提出对策。【结果/结论】研究发现,新时代背景下福建生态文明试验区依然面临诸多困境和短板,需要在习近平生态文明思想指引下,进一步贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想、完善巩固已有成效的多维度体系、完善创新新时代生态文明建设相关制度、健全务实新时代生态文明建设的相关机制,助推福建国家生态文明试验区建设更上新的台阶,为建设美丽中国提供福建经验。

【Objective/Meaning】Under the background of the new era,the construction of the ecological civilization pilot zone in Fujian was guided by Xi Jinping Thought on ecological civilization,which could provide reference the construction of ecological civilization in other provinces,and promote the construction of beautiful China.【Methods/Procedures】By means of the literature research method,the scientific connotation of Xi Jinping Thought on ecological civilization was clarified.Then,by using the systematic approach and field investigation,the achievements of the ecological civilization construction in Fujian Province and its existing problems were discussed and summarized,and the countermeasures were put forward accordingly.【Results/Conclusions】The study found out there were still some difficulties and shortcomings in the construction of ecological civilization pilot zone in Fujian under the background of new era,so it was necessary to further implement Xi Jinping Thought on ecological civilization,improve and consolidate the multi-dimensional system of the existing achievements,improve and innovate the relevant system for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,improve and implement the relevant mechanisms for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,so as to promote the construction of the national ecological civilization pilot zone in Fujian to a new level and provide Fujian experience for the construction of beautiful China.
