摘要
自然资源统一调查监测是指按照统一体系、统一逻辑、统一规范,查清各类自然资源种类、数量、质量、分布、权属、保护和开发利用等状况,实现对自然资源状况及变化的精细化调查、动态化监测及场景化管理。为确保调查监测成果质量,针对高可信质量控制与真实性验证存在智能化程度低、质量信息分析服务内容简单等问题,本文提出由产品知识、检验知识、评价知识、服务知识和支撑知识构成的自然资源调查监测成果质量检验知识图谱本体概念体系及其语义关系,给出自然资源调查监测成果质量检验知识图谱本体模型,分析应用方向,以推动自然资源调查监测智能化质量服务建设和应用。
Natural Resources Surveying and Monitoring aims to survey and monitor the types,quantity,quality,distribution,ownership,protection,development and utilization of natural resources in accordance with the unified system,unified logic and unified specifications,so as to realize the refined surveying,dynamic monitoring and scene management of the natural resources.In order to ensure the data quality of surveying and monitoring,this paper puts forward the ontology concept system and semantic relationship of natural resources surveying and monitoring products quality inspection knowledge graph,which is composed of product knowledge,detection knowledge,evaluation knowledge,service knowledge and support knowledge,aiming at solving the problems of low intelligence and simple analysis content of quality information.Finally,it also gives the ontology model of natural resources surveying and monitoring products quality inspection knowledge graph and analyzes the application directions to promote the application of intelligent quality services for natural resources surveying and monitoring.
