摘要 变桨轴承是风力发电机组的重要组成部分,由于结构和工况的复杂性,多采用有限元仿真分析的方法进行设计和研究,建立合理有效的有限元模型是有限元分析的基础和关键。以赫兹接触理论为基础,利用Hypermesh和ANSYS进行分别建立1.5MW风机内齿型双排四点接触球轴承的实体单元模型和弹簧单元模型,通过有限元仿真分析,对两种模型进行分析评估,得到风力发电机组内齿型双排四点接触球变桨轴承的两种建模方法,此研究工作为风电机组及大型轴承的设计提供理论依据和参考。 The pitch bearing is an important part of wind turbine;due to the complexity of structure and working condition,the finite element simulation analysis is usually used to design and study,so establishing a reasonable and effective finite element model is the basis and key of the finite element analysis.In this paper,based on the Hertz contact theory,the Hypermesh and ANSYS are used to establish the solid unit model and spring unit model of 1.5MW fan inner tooth double row four-point contact ball bearing respectively.Through the finite element simulation analysis,analysis and evaluation of the two models are conducted;and two modeling methods for the inner tooth double row four-point contact ball pitch bearing of wind turbine are obtained.The research provides theoretical basis and reference for design of the wind turbine and large bearing.
