摘要
涡轮泵排气连接结构的可靠性对系统工作具有重要意义。首先对排气管、膜片座的配合关系进行分析,得到实际配合中的接触、刚好接触、不接触三种工况,然后分析拧紧力矩得到轴向作用力,再通过膜片组件结构简化以及ABAQUS有限元仿真计算,得到各工况下的应力云图、位移云图,并最终得出排气管、膜片座的最佳配合设计工况为不接触配合,研究结果对连接结构设计具有指导意义。
The reliability of the exhaust connection structure of turbopump is of great significance to the work of the system.In this paper,matching of the exhaust pipe and diaphragm seat is analyzed,and the three working conditions of contact,just contact and non-contact in the actual matching are obtained.The axial force is obtained by analyzing the tightening torque,and the structure of diaphragm assembly is simplified.The finite element simulation calculation is carried out with ABAQUS,and the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram under various working conditions are obtained.It is concluded that the best matching design condition of the exhaust pipe and diaphragm seat is non-contact matching.The research results have guiding significance for the design of connecting structure.
