摘要
基于废旧磷酸铁锂电池极片破碎产物,提出使用静电分选分离铜、铝及正极片的方法。使用COMSOL多物理耦合软件对高压静电场的电场强度分布情况进行模拟,建立了高压静电分选的动力学模型。分析了静电极电压、转辊转速对静电分选物料脱离角的影响,确定物料最佳脱离的参数设置;软件模拟与试验结果对比表明,小粒径物料有助于分离,静电极高电压有助于破碎产物的分离,有利于在实际生产应用中使混合物料在脱离阶段得到分离。
Based on the broken products of waste lithium iron phosphate battery electrode,a method of separating copper,aluminum and positive electrode with the electrostatic sorting is proposed in this paper.The electric field intensity distribution of high voltage electrostatic field is simulated by using the COMSOL multi physical coupling software,and the dynamic model of high voltage electrostatic separation is established.The effects of electrostatic pole voltage and rotating speed of rotating roller on the separation angle of electrostatic separation materials are analyzed,and the optimal separation parameters are determined.The comparison between simulation and experimental results shows that small diameter materials are conducive to separation;while the high voltage of ectrostatic pole is conducive to the separation of crushing products.It is beneficial to separate the mixture in the separation stage in the practical production application.
