摘要
为解决煤自燃环境模拟实验中温湿度数据监测困难、监测特征单一以及易产生误差的问题,设计一种基于LabVIEW软件的温湿度测试系统。建立友好的PC人机交互界面,实现温湿度信息的自动采集、传输读取、计算转换、实时保存以及图形化显示,实时监测煤样反应筒内部松散煤体的温湿度变化规律,经实际监测数据反馈发现此系统满足设计目标和测试需求。
In order to solve the problems of difficulty in monitoring temperature and humidity data,single monitoring features and easy errors in coal spontaneous combustion environment simulation experiments,a temperature and humidity test system based on LabVIEW is designed in this paper.A friendly PC human-computer interaction interface is established to realize automatic collection,transmission and reading,calculation conversion,real-time storage and graphic display of temperature and humidity information,and real-time monitoring of the temperature and humidity changes of the loose coal inside the coal sample reaction cylinder,so as to meet the design goals and test requirements.
