摘要
结合系列化中国标准地铁研制项目方案,介绍了城轨车辆标准化牵引变流器平台设计的系统性能、主电路设计、器件选型、箱体结构设计和计算仿真情况。试验结果表明,该牵引变流器平台产品的电气性能,箱体、吊挂的结构强度和器件温升等满足设计要求。平台的成功研制对城轨车辆牵引系统产品的标准化、谱系化建设,以及产品的可靠性提升、全寿命周期成本降低等具有重大意义。
In this paper,the system technical performance,main circuit design and component selection,structural design and simulation of the standardized traction converter are introduced for serialized Chinese standard metro vehicles development project scheme.The test results verify that the electrical performance of the traction converter,the structural strength of the box and temperature control of the components meet the design requirements.It has great significance to build the traction system production platform for metro vehicles,improve the reliability of the converter,and reduce the whole life cycle cost.
