摘要
结构轻量化设计是确保自然灾害救援车具有良好抗冲击能力和高承载性能从而以最快速度到达灾害救援现场的重要保证。以某型特种车辆的车体结构为研究对象,提出了车体结构概念优化设计-局部优化设计-详细优化设计的总体优化技术方案,综合采用拓扑优化、形貌优化、尺寸优化等优化设计方法,得到了最佳的车体结构设计方案,通过实际验证,取得了良好的车体结构轻量化设计效果,为同类装备的轻量化设计提供相关参考和借鉴。
Structural lightweight design is an important guarantee to ensure that the natural disaster rescue vehicle has good impact resistance and high bearing performance,so as to reach the disaster rescue site at the fastest speed.Taking the body structure of a special-utility vehicle as the research object,the overall optimization technical scheme of conceptual optimization design-local optimization design-detailed optimization design for the vehicle body structure is proposed.The optimal body structure design scheme is obtained by comprehensively adopting the optimization design methods of topology optimization,shape optimization and size optimization,etc.Through the practical verification,good lightweight design effect of the car body structure is achieved.It provides relevant reference for the lightweight design of similar equipment.
