基于不同评估标准的轨道车辆吊装设备焊缝疲劳强度分析 被引量:1

摘要 轨道车辆在向高速、轻量化发展的同时,车辆激扰频率范围变宽引起的车下吊装设备疲劳问题也愈发突出。该文分别基于EN 12663标准和IEC 61373:2010标准,使用结构应力法和随机振动频域法对某动车组牵引变压器焊缝进行疲劳损伤分析,得出了两种不同的抗疲劳性能结果,并对结果进行了对比分析。分析结果验证了车下吊装疲劳寿命分析需进一步考虑随机振动对焊缝疲劳损伤产生的影响,探讨了随机振动对车下吊装焊缝疲劳损伤的影响原因,为类似轨道车辆吊装设备疲劳分析提供参考。 with the development of rail vehicles to high speed and lightweight,the fatigue problem of hanging equipment under the vehicle caused by the widening of vehicle excitation frequency range is becoming more and more prominent.In this paper,based on EN 12663 standard and IEC 61373:2010 standard,the structural stress method and random vibration frequency domain method are used to analyze the fatigue damage of the weld of a traction transformer of a EMU.Two different anti fatigue performance results are obtained,and the results are compared and analyzed.The analysis results verify that the influence of random vibration on weld fatigue damage needs to be further considered in the fatigue life analysis of under vehicle hoisting,and the influence causes of random vibration on weld fatigue damage of under vehicle hoisting are discussed,which provides a reference for the fatigue analysis of similar rail vehicle hanging equipment.
