摘要
气门阀座在高温、机械摩擦及化学腐蚀的使用环境中,对气门导管与气门阀座组件的加工要求极高。针对发动机高速运转过程中气门顶杆往复式冲击运动导致气门阀座出现的失效问题,对气门阀座的机械加工工艺、刀具方案、测量方式等方面出现的异常原因进行分析总结,提出有效解决方案,对后续气门阀座的加工经验具有指导意义。
The valve seat is usually used in the high temperature,mechanical friction and chemical corrosion environment,thus the processing requirements for valve catheter and valve seat assembly are very high.For the valve seat failure caused by the reciprocating impact movement of valve top rod in the high speed operation process of the engine,the effective solution is put forward through analyzing and summarizing the abnormal causes in the machining process,tools scheme and the measuring method,etc.It has the guiding significance for the subsequent valve seat processing experience.
