采煤机截割减速器有限元分析及结构优化改进 被引量:1

摘要 针对采煤机截割减速器箱体结构设计优化目标,提出分析改进方案。采用Ansys软件对MG800/2040WD型采煤机的截割减速器进行受力分析,指出最大应力远低于材料的许用应力,结构方面存在冗余问题,对应力较小的圆筒及其凸台部位结构进行优化改进,使其厚度尺寸在原有基础上降低了10%,但减速器最大应力仍低于材料许用应力。通过优化改进使减速器的重量降低了6.45%,将优化方案应用到工程实践中,经现场测试发现效果良好。减速器质量降低,在一定程度上降低了加工制作成本,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。 The shearer is important mechanical equipment in the coal mining.Aiming at the optimization target of the coal miner cutting reducer box structure,the analytical improvement scheme is proposed in this paper.Force analysis of the cutting reducer of the MG800/2040WD shearer is performed by using the Ansys software;it is pointed out that the maximum stress is much lower than the allowable stress of the material,and there is the structural redundancy problem.The structure of the less stressed cylinder and its convex stage is optimized and improved,so that its thickness is reduced by 10%on the original basis,but the maximum stress of the reducer is still lower than the allowable stress of the material;the weight of the reducer is reduced by 6.45%through the optimization and improvement.The optimization scheme is applied to the engineering practice,and the field test found that the effect is good;the mass of the reducer is reduced,which reduces the processing and production cost to a certain extent,and creates good economic benefits for the enterprise.
