摘要
针对矿井提升机存在耗电量高、调速性能有限、安全性差的问题,提出基于变频控制技术的矿井提升机优化方案。在分析矿井提升系统的基础上,重点分析了以双PLC控制系统为核心的矿井提升机变频控制系统硬件、软件优化方案,并完成试验分析。分析结果表明,优化后的矿井提升机控制系统满足设计要求,提升了提升机在加速、等速、减速运行段的稳定性,改善了提升性能,有助于提高提升机作业安全系数和作业效率。
Aiming at the problems of high power consumption,limited speed regulation performance and poor safety of mine hoist,an optimization scheme of mine hoist based on the frequency conversion control technology is proposed.Based on the analysis of mine hoist system,the hardware and software optimization scheme of mine hoist frequency conversion control system with double PLC control system as the core is analyzed,and the test analysis is completed.The analysis results show that the optimized mine hoist control system meets the design requirements,improves the stability of hoist in the acceleration,constant speed and deceleration sections,improves the lifting performance,and helps to improve the safety factor and efficiency of the hoist operation.
