摘要
冷气动力喷涂作为一种新型的喷涂方法,减少了热喷涂技术所带来的相变、氧化等问题,因而受到越来越多的关注。该文针对冷喷涂制备粘结层所存在的优势和不足,结合国内外最新的研究对冷喷涂技术的原理、特点、结合方式以及冷喷涂技术制备粘结层的研究进展进行了分析总结,为冷喷涂制备粘结层过程的优化提供了新的思路,具有一定的研究意义。
As a new type of spraying method,cold gas dynamic spray can reduce phase transition,oxidation and other problems caused by the thermal spray technology.Hence,the researchers pay more attention to this method.Combining with the latest research progress at home and abroad,the principles,features,mechanisms of CGDS technology and its developments in preparing bond coating are analyzed focusing on their advantages and disadvantages,which provides a new idea for improving the process of cold spraying to prepare bonding layer and has certain significance.
