推进协商民主法治化既是我国政治民主的需要,也是法治中国建设的必然要求,法治是我国社会主义协商民主存在的基础。在推进法治中国建设过程中,作为协商民主重要样态的人民政协作用突出。在全面依法治国的大背景下,协商民主运行的规范性已不敷所需,相关法律法规体系亟待完善。法治在保障协商民主顺利运行的同时,也急需协商民主助力推进法治中国建设;协商民主为法治中国建设提供路径选择,法治为协商民主提供法律支持。

Promoting the rule of law of consultative democracy is not only the need of political democracy in China,but also the inevitable requirement of building rule of law in China,since rule of law is the basis for the existence of socialist consultative democracy in China.In the process of promoting the construction of rule of law in China,the CPPCC,as an important form of consultative democracy,has played a prominent role.In the context of comprehensively governing the country according to law,the normative operation of consultative democracy is not enough,and the relevant laws and regulations need to be improved.While ensuring the smooth operation of consultative democracy,rule of law also needs consultative democracy urgently to help promote the construction of rule of law in China.Consultative democracy provides a path choice for the construction of rule of law in China,and rule of law provides legal support for consultative democracy.
