高海拔直流金具散热研究

摘要 在直流输电工程中,直流金具承担着电力设备的电气连接、机械固定及均压屏蔽的作用,其运行额定电流大、容易造成局部过热,因此研究直流金具在高海拔下的温升情况十分有必要。本文以典型抱夹金具为研究对象,依据直流工程项目中常用图纸建立了电磁-热三维有限元仿真计算模型,得到了稳态条件下的温升时仿真计算结果。研究分析了同类型金具不同结构对温度场分布的影响和海拔对温度场分布的影响,得到了典型抱夹金具温度场分布情况和典型抱夹金具表面最高温度随海拔的变化曲线图,为金具结构设计、载流量控制提供了支撑,同时也为提高换流站其他设备及输电线路上设备的可靠性运行提供了重要参考。 In the DC power transmission project, DC fitting is responsible for the electrical connection, mechanical fixation and voltage sharing shielding of the power equipment.Its rated current is large, which is easy to cause local overheating.Therefore, it is necessary to study the temperature rise of DC fitting at high altitude.In this paper, the typical clamping fixture is taken as the research object, based on the drawings commonly used in DC engineering projects, the electromagnetic-thermal three-dimensional finite element simulation model is established, and the simulation results of temperature rise under steady-state conditions are obtained.The influence of different structures of the same type of fitting on the temperature field distribution and the influence of the altitude on the temperature field distribution are studied, and the temperature field distribution of the typical clamping fixture and the variation curve of its maximum surface temperature with the altitude are obtained.This study has provided support for the structure design and load control of the fitting, as well as reference for improving the reliability of other equipment in the converter station and the transmission line.
