一种基于千分表的大孔径精密检测装置设计

摘要 针对大内径检测的特点,以某厂一批孔径范围在Φ500~1000H7的系列零件为例,设计了一款基于千分表的弹性检测装置,检测装置的测量力由弹簧提供,测量力基本恒定,而测量精度由千分尺保证,选用合适的千分表是测量装置保证检测精度的前提,根据检测对象的精度要求,核算了千分表的相关参数,确定了适合检测装置的千分表。测量装置结构简单紧凑,操作简便,检测可靠性高,提高了生产效率。 Aiming at the characteristics of large inner diameter detection, taking a series of parts with the diameter range of Φ500 to 1000 H7 as an example, an elastic detection device based on the dial indicator is designed.The measuring force of the detection device is provided by a spring, and the measuring force is basically constant.The measurement accuracy is guaranteed by the micrometer.The selection of an appropriate dial indicator is the prerequisite for the detection accuracy.This paper calculates the relevant parameters of the dial indicator according to the accuracy requirements of the test object, and determines the dial indicator suitable for the detection device.The measuring device has a simple and compact structure, simple operation, and high detection reliability, which has improved the production efficiency.
