基于PMAC的搅拌摩擦焊龙门设备的控制系统设计

摘要 为提升焊接加工效率,并进一步提高工厂工业自动化水平,研究设计了一种搅拌摩擦焊龙门式焊接设备的控制系统。首先,根据龙门设备的同步运动特性,明确了设备控制要求,设计了以可编程多轴运动控制器(Programmable Multi Axis Controller, PMAC)为核心的控制系统硬件结构;其次,通过PMAC调试软件制作了轴配置、PLC逻辑以及编程加工等功能写入控制器;最后,设备安装调试完成,选取产品样件进行试焊接,焊缝成型良好。通过上述设计,实现了单轴点动示教,也满足了编程自动运行的设备总体控制要求,为操作者提供了多种自动化控制方式。 In order to improve the welding efficiency and the industrial automation level of the factory, a control system for the friction stir welding gantry equipment was designed.Firstly, according to the synchronous motion characteristics of the gantry equipment, the control requirements of the equipment were defined, and the hardware structure of the control system with Programmable Multi Axis Controller(PMAC) as the core was designed.Secondly, by using the PMAC debugging software, the shaft configuration, PLC logic and programming, and processing functions were written into the controller.Finally, the equipment installation and debugging were completed, the product samples were selected for trial welding, and the weld forming was good.Through the above design, the single-axis inching was realized, the overall control requirements of the automatic operation of the equipment were met, and a variety of automatic control methods was provided for the operator.
