探析改革开放初期交谊舞的两次“回潮”(1978—1986)

Two Resurgences of Jiaoyi Dance in the Early Stage of Reform and Opening-Up (1978—1986)

“交谊舞”是舞厅舞(Ballroom Dance)在中华人民共和国成立后为适应新时期的大众文化、艺术、生活而衍生出的一种新舞蹈。文章以纵向历史梳理和横向比较阐释相结合的视角,梳理交谊舞自1978年至1986年间的历史发展脉络,通过厘清“交谊舞”的概念与属性,分析改革开放初期交谊舞两次“回潮”背后的社会历史因素和国际形势,阐明交谊舞的舞蹈本体演进历程以及为国际标准舞的早期传播所发挥的重要作用。

After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,ballroom dance began to take on a new look in its efforts to better integrate into the mass culture,art,and public life in the new era,which was known as Jiaoyi dance.Through historical review and comparative interpretation,this paper analyzes the evolution of ballroom dance from 1978 to 1986,and explores the socio-historical background and international landscape behind its two resurgences in the early stage of the reform and opening-up by clarifying the concept and attributes of Jiaoyi dance.It elucidates the ontological evolution of the Jiaoyi dance and the important role it has played in the early dissemination of international ballroom dance.
