摘要
根据我国人发进口海关编码归类,只有经修饰、梳理、漂白或其他加工处理的人发(HS编码:6703000000)可以进口,而未经加工处理的人发为固体废物,不得进口。由于二者外观相近,现场眼观检查难以判定,光学显微镜分辨率不足,故而须研究建立准确、快速的鉴定方法对其进行准确检验。本研究通过建立双重荧光定量PCR方法对原发和加工处理的人发样品进行定量分析检测,结果显示未加工原发与经加工的人发样品DNA含量存在显著差异,初步表明可以作为合法进口人发和固体废物的鉴别指标。本研究可为保护合法人发原料贸易,打击虚假申报以及非法固体废物走私提供技术支撑。
According to China Customs Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System of imported human hair,only human hair which has been dressed,thinned,bleached or otherwise worked(HS:6703000000)can be imported,while unprocessed human hair is recognized as solid waste and cannot be imported.Due to the similar appearance of the two,it is difficult to judge on-site visual inspection,and the resolution of the optical microscope is insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to study and establish an accurate and rapid identification method for accurate inspection.In this study,a duplex fluorescence quantitative PCR was established to quantitatively analyze and detect the processed and untreated human hair.The results showed that there was a significant difference in DNA content between the untreated primary hair and processed human hair samples,which can be used as the differentiating indicator of legally imported human hair and solid waste preliminarily.This study can provide a technical support for protecting the legitimate trade of human hair as raw materials and combating false declaration and illegal solid waste smuggling.
