摘要
铜精矿水分测定是铜冶炼企业的常规测试项目,也是铜精矿贸易结算项目之一。传统作业方式是称量时手工记录天平读数,再通过计算器或数据录入计算机计算,存在效率低、公正性差、计算时易错、现场记录不便于保存等缺点。本研究根据铜精矿水分测定国家标准GB/T 14263-2010中的测试要求和步骤,开发出基于梅特勒-托利多电子天平的铜精矿水分测定系统,实现铜精矿水分测定的数据采集、计算、恒重条件判定、平行样稳定性判定、结果保存和输出,用信息化手段确保铜精矿检测结果的公正性和准确性,提升检测效率。
Moisture determination of copper concentrates is both a routine test item and a method of trade settlement for copper smelting enterprises.Its traditional way of operation is to record the balance reading manually during weighing,and then calculate by calculators or computers,which has the disadvantages of low efficiency,poor assurance of fairness,high error rate when calculating,and inconvenient storage of on-site records.According to the test requirements and steps of the national standard GB/T 14263-2010 for moisture determination of copper concentrates,a system for the moisture determination of copper concentrates based on METTLER-TOLEDO electronic balances is developed.It can realize automatic data collection,calculation,constant weight condition determination after drying,stability determination for parallel samples,result storage and output of moisture determination of copper concentrates.With the help of information technology,the impartiality and accuracy of the moisture determination results of copper concentrates are ensured and the testing process is expedited.
