中成药联合三联或四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Patent Medicine Combined with Triple or Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)以胃黏膜固有腺体萎缩常伴胃腺化生为特点.发病缓慢,病程长、容易出现癌变,如能及时有效的治疗,可逆转胃黏膜病变.目前认为幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染是CAG最常见的病因,西医以三联或四联疗法根除Hp效果较好,但是存在耐药、易复发的问题,联合中成药可获得良好疗效.此文通过文献检索对近5年来联合三联或四联疗法治疗Hp感染CAG有效的中成药进行综述.

Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(CAG)is characterized by atrophy of inherent glands of gastric mucosa and often accompanied by metaplasia of gastric glands.Slow onset,long course of disease,prone to canceration,if timely and effective treatment can reverse gastric mucosal lesions.At present,it is considered that Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection is the most common cause of CAG.Western medicine has a good effect on eradicating HP with triple or quadruple therapy,but there are problems of drug resistance and easy recurrence.Combined with Chinese patent drugs,good curative effect can be obtained.Through literature search,this paper summarizes the effective Chinese patent drugs combined with triple or quadruple therapy in the treatment of HP infection CAG in recent 5 years.
