分阶段目标教学在血透室护理教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探究分阶段目标教学在血透室护理带教中的应用效果.方法 将2019年12月-2020年12月天津医科大学第二医院200名血透室实习生,根据随机数字表法分为观察组100名、对照组100名,对照组采取传统教学方式,观察组采取分阶段目标教学方式,对比两组专业成绩、理论成绩、操作成绩、创新能力评分、核心能力评分及教学满意度.结果 观察组专业成绩得分(88.23±1.12)分、理论成绩得分(89.98±1.24)分、操作成绩得分(95.56±1.46)分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创新能力评分(86.21±2.15)分和核心能力评分(80.45±3.11)分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 分阶段目标教学在血透室护理带教中效果十分显著,能够使教学满意度得以提高,并且能够使护生的各项技能水平得以提高. Objective To explore the effect of phased goal teaching in nursing teaching in hemodialysis room.Methods 200 interns from December 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital were divided into observation group(100)and Control Group(100)according to the method of random number,the scores of specialty,theory,operation,innovation,core competence and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of professional achievement(88.23±1.12),theory achievement(89.98±1.24)and operation achievement(95.56±1.46)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of innovation ability(86.21±2.15)and core ability(80.45±3.11)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conc lus ion The effect of step-by-step Target Teaching in nursing teaching of hemodialysis room is significant,which can improve the teaching satisfaction and the skill level of nursing students.
