慢性病轨迹(CITM)护理对老年冠心病(CHD)患者的应用效果

目的 探究慢性病轨迹护理在老年冠心病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取于遂溪县人民医院接受治疗的老年冠心病患者80例,入院时间2021年4月-2022年12月,采用双盲法将患者随机分为对照组与试验组,各40例,给予对照组患者常规护理,给予试验组慢性病轨迹护理,对比两种护理方式应用效果.结果 两组患者抑郁、焦虑评分、症状评分、自我效能评分及生活质量评分在干预前对比,差异不显著,P>0.05,干预后两组各项评分均改善,试验组改善效果明显优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;两组患者护理满意度对比,试验组较对照组高,差异显著,P<0.05.结论 给予老年冠心病患者慢性病轨迹护理,可显著改善患者临床症状,纠正其存在的不良情绪,提高其自我效能感与生活质量,促进护理满意度提升,效果显著.

Objective To explore the application effect of chronic disease trajectory nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were selected.The admission time was from April 2021 to December 2022.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing and the patients in the experimental group were given chronic disease trajectory nursing.The application effects of the two nursing methods were compared.Resul ts The scores of depression,anxiety,symptoms,self-efficacy and quality of life in the two groups were not significantly different before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the two groups were improved.The improvement effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclus ion Chronic disease trajectory nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve their clinical symptoms,correct their bad emotions,improve their sense of self-efficacy and quality of life,and promote the improvement of nursingsatisfaction.
