综合康复护理在脑瘫患儿中的应用效果分析

Effect analysis of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in children with cerebral palsy

目的 针对综合康复护理应用于脑瘫患儿临床护理工作中的实际效果进行研究.方法 选取在滨州医学院附属医院接受治疗的50名脑瘫患儿为研究对象.将其分成研究组和常规组,各25人.针对常规组内的脑瘫患儿实施的是常规护理措施,而研究组内患儿则又增加了以综合康复护理措施为主导的辅助护理措施.最后就两组患儿的实际护理效果进行了综合分析.结果 护理后,两组脑瘫患儿的FMA评分均要高于护理前,并且数据差异存在显著统计学意义(P<0.05).睡眠质量情况方面,研究组内患儿的睡眠潜伏期、夜间觉醒次数均要优于常规组内的患儿,并且数据差异存在显著统计学意义(P<0.05).护理满意度情况方面,研究组内患儿家长的护理满意率要高于常规组内的患儿家长,并且数据差异同样存在显著统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对脑瘫患儿来说,在常规护理措施的基础之上对其实施综合护理措施有着非常重要的意义.因此需要重视相关护理措施的推广应用,进而帮助这部分患儿提高生存质量.

Objective To study the actual effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in clinical nursing of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Fifty children with cerebral palsy who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research ohjects.They were then divided into a research group and a regular group,each with 25 people.Routine nursing measures were implemented for children with cerebral palsy in the routine group,while auxiliary nursing measures led by comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures were added to the children in the research group.Finally,an integrated analysis was carried out on the actual nursing effect of the two groups of children.Results After nursing,the FMA scores of children with cerebral palsy in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of sleep quality,the sleep latency and the number of nighttime awakenings of the children in the study group were belter than those in the routine group.and the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the nursing satisfaction rate of the parents of the children in the study group was higher than that of the parents of the children in the routine group.and the difrence was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conc lusion For children with cerebral palsy,it is very important to implement comprehensive nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing measures.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the promotion and application of relevant nursing measures to help these children improve their quality of life.
