安脑丸对脑卒中恢复期睡眠障碍患者的干预效果

Intervention effect of Annao Pill on patients with sleep disorder in convalescent stage of stroke

目的 探讨脑卒中恢复期睡眠障碍患者应用安脑丸对睡眠质量的影响.方法 2019年6月-2020年6月在钦州市第一人民医院选择160例脑卒中合并失眠患者进行临床观察.按照随机数字表法分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组80例.两组均常规治疗脑卒中及其基础原发病,对照组给予地西泮治疗失眠(口服,2片/次,1次/d,临睡时服,疗程1个月),观察组给予安脑丸(1丸/次,2次/d,早、晚各服1次,疗程1个月).比较两组治疗前、后的睡眠质量(AIS评分、ESS评分).结果 治疗后,两组睡眠均较其治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),观察组的睡眠质量AIS评分、ESS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在脑卒中恢复期睡眠障碍患者中应用安脑丸对睡眠质量有明显改善.

Objective To investigate the effect of Annao Pll on sleep quality in patients with sleep disorder in convalescent stage of stroke.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,160 patients with stroke complicated with insomnia were selected in our hospital for clinical observation.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment for stroke and its basic primary disease.The control group was given diazepam to treat insomnia(oral,2 tablets/time,1 time/D,taken at bedtime,for 1 month),and the observation group was given Annao pill(1 pill/time,2 times/D,taken in the morning and evening,for I month).The sleep quality(AIS score and ESS score)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the sleep quality of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The AIS score and ESS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclus ion The application of Annao pllcan significantly improve the sleep quality in patients with sleep disorder in the convalescent stage of stroke.
