道地药材“道地性与功效”内在规律的研究探索

道地药材是指具有特定地理产区,品种优、品质好、产量大,生产加工规范,临床疗效显著,世所公认的久负盛名的优质正品药材。道地药材的“道地性-功效”内在规律的研究是道地药材研究中最关键、最核心的内容。文章从优良种质资源、适宜生态环境、规范生产加工、显著临床疗效、优秀中华人文诠释了“道地性-功效”的科学内涵;从六要素揭示了道地性与功效的多维关系;通过质量标志物、生物标志物、遗传标志物建立了“道地性-功效”标志物的评价体系;从环境因素和遗传因素探索了道地性功效的形成机制。并以附子、广藿香、鸡血藤为研究对象进行了实践探索。从而揭示了道地药材“道地性”与“功效”的内在联系规律,有助于揭示道地药材临床“优效性”的科学内涵,促进道地药材的产业发展。

Dao-di herbs refer to the high quality and good effect authentic medicinal materials with specific geographical production areas, excellent varieties, good quality, large output, standardized production and processing, and remarkable clinical curative effect in the world. It is critical to study the internal law of ‘genuineness and effectiveness’ of Dao-di herbs. This article explains the scientific connotation of ‘genuineness and effectiveness’ from the perspective of excellent germplasm resources,appropriate ecological environment, standardized production and processing, remarkable clinical efficacy and excellent Chinese humanities;The multidimensional relationship between ‘genuineness and effectiveness’ is revealed from the six elements;The evaluation system of ‘genuineness and effectiveness’ markers are established based on quality markers, biomarkers and genetic markers;The formation mechanism of ‘genuineness and effectiveness’ was explored through environmental and genetic factors.Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Herba Pogostemonis. and Caulis Spatholobi were taken as the research objects for practical exploration. Revealing the internal law between the ‘genuineness and effectiveness’ of Dao-di herbs is essential to explain the scientific connotation of the clinical ‘superiority’ of Dao-di herbs and promote the industrial development of Dao-di herbs.
