自然和人文研究融通下中医药“博物”“齐物”论

‘Museum’ and ‘Qi Wu’ research of traditional Chinese medicine based on the integration of natural research and humanistic research

文章首先溯源考证了中医药学中蕴含的“天人合一”思想与“取象比类”方法的体系性,得出“取象比类”是内嵌于“天人合一”体系中的思辨方法;进而探究了以“天人”为主客体的自然科学与人文社会科学研究方法的差异与通应。基于自然科学与人文社会科学研究的考察,参合中医“天人合一”思想体系,打通、融合两个领域的研究,并初步探讨了自然与人文融通式研究的“象思维”内核和“巨系统”形式框架。在此基础上,以谐于“天人”的“齐物”为先导,提出了融通式研究下中医药推进的“博物”“齐物”实践路径,阐述了“博物”“齐物”统一下的经验与体验并重,并依此审视了中医训诂诠释哲学和叙事医学理念。可知,融通自然与人文研究,“博物”与“齐物”并举,是实现中医药传承精华与守正创新并进的可行之途。

Firstly, from the perspective of traceability, this paper studies the systematization of the thought of ‘unity of heaven and man’ and the method of ‘taking images and comparing classes’ contained in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and comes to the conclusion that ‘taking images and comparing classes’ is a speculative method embedded in the system of ‘unity of heaven and man’;Then it examines the differences and correspondence between the research methods of natural science and humanities and social sciences with ‘heaven and man’ as the main object. Based on the investigation of natural science and humanities and social sciences, this paper participates in the ideological system of ‘unity of heaven and man’ of TCM, opens up and integrates the research in the two fields, and preliminarily discusses the ‘image thinking’ core and ‘giant system’ formal framework of the integration of nature and humanities. On this basis, guided by the ‘unity of things’ harmonizing with ‘heaven and man’, this paper puts forward the practical path of ‘Museum’ and ‘Qi Wu’ of TCM under the integration of research, expounds the equal emphasis on experience and experience under the unity of ‘Museum’ and ‘Qi Wu’, and examines the philosophy of TCM exegesis and narrative medicine.
