新疆3种阿魏不同极性部位的抗肿瘤活性谱效关系研究 被引量:4

Study on the spectrum-effect relationship of anti-tumor activity of three different polar parts of Chinese asafetida in Xinjiang

摘要 目的:筛选出新疆3种阿魏的抗肿瘤活性部位,并明确不同极性部位高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱的抗肿瘤活性谱效关系。方法:通过建立不同极性部位HPLC色谱,经双变量Pearson相关分析,分析新疆3种阿魏不同极性部位对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖抑制率和各主要色谱峰变量之间的相关性。结果:新疆阿魏、多伞阿魏的乙醇提取物对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞抑制作用较强,IC分别为42.27、28.31 mg/L;抑制作用较强的部位为石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯部位,水饱和正丁醇部位较差;阜康阿魏抑制作用较弱IC为130.51 mg/L。新疆阿魏、阜康阿魏和多伞阿魏在86 min与色谱峰呈正相关(P<0.05);新疆阿魏和阜康阿魏在75 min与色谱峰呈正相关(P<0.05),其中75、86 min时的色谱峰所代表的化合物分别为lehmannolol和lehmannolone。结论:lehmannolol和lehmannolone可能是阿魏的抗肿瘤活性成分。 Objective:To screen the anti-tumor active parts of three kinds of Chinese asafetida in Xinjiang,and to clarify the anti-tumor activity spectrum-effect relationship of HPLC fingerprints of different polar parts.Methods:Through the establishment of HPLC chromatography of different polar parts,and the Pearson correlation analysis of two variables,the relationship between the inhibitory rate of six different polar parts of Chinese asafetida in Xinjiang on the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells and the main chromatographic peak variables were analyzed.Results:The ethanolic extracts of Xinjiang Chinese asafetida and Ferula feruloides had strong inhibitory effects on human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells,with ICvalues of 42.27and 28.31 mg/L,respectively.The parts with stronger inhibitory effect were petroleum ether,dichloromethane and ethyl acetate,and the part with water-saturated n-butanol was poor.The inhibitory effect of Fukang Chinese asafetida is weaker with ICof130.51 mg/L.The chromatographic peaks were positively correlated with the chromatographic peaks at the 86th min in Xinjiang Chinese asafetida,Fukang Chinese asafetida and Ferula feruloides (P<0.05).The chromatographic peaks at the 75th min were positively correlated (P<0.05) for Xinjiang Chinese asafetida and Fukang Chinese asafetida,and the compounds represented by the chromatographic peaks at the 75th and 86th min were lehmannolol and lehmannolone,respectively.Conclusion:lehmannolol and lehmannolone may be the antitumor active components of asafoetida.
