清代医家周魁基于五运六气理论诊治温证阐微

Explaining on the physician in the Qing dynasty ZHOU Kui’s diagnosis and treatment of warm syndrome based on the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory

周魁临床重视五运六气学说,撰有《温证指归》发明温证治验,采众家所长,以“大运”分析医家学术背景。其倡明气运更迁之理,而为治病大纲,于伤寒温热,则判若黑白。主张病随气发,治随病更,大运六十一更,乃定数也,小运十二一转,乃变数也,定数可稽,变数难察。周魁注重灵活运用运气理论,临床推之以运,征之以病,验之以药,则知气运有偏胜,而用药亦必有经权。

ZHOU Kui attached great importance to the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and wrote the book Wenzheng Zhigui to summarise the strengths of many experiences in treating warm syndrome and to analyse the academic background of many scholars by the complete evolutive phase. He advocates that scholars should understand the rule of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and take this law as a cure principle in order to diagnose and treat diseases like cold damage and warm disease. The main idea is that as the climatic conditions change, so too do diseases and treatments. The complete evolutive phase is 60 years, which is a constant to be tested and the little evolutive phase is 12, which is a variable hard to detect.
