温胆汤类方治疗呼吸系统疾病的临证应用

Clinical application of Wendan Decoction associated prescriptions in treating respiratory diseases

温胆汤具有理气化痰、调胆和胃、健脾安神的功效,其所适病机为气郁生痰、痰气相搏,全方温凉兼并,是治疗痰证的基础方。肺主气司呼吸,又朝百脉主治节,气与水病,皆上扰于肺。呼吸系统疾病常以咳嗽、咯痰及喘息为主要症状,其中痰是重要的病理因素。临床上抓住温胆汤治疗痰热内扰、神志异常及脾胃失和的主症,将温胆汤类方与呼吸系统疾病联系起来,可取得较佳疗效。文章从温胆汤类方的源流及治疗呼吸系统疾病的机制入手,结合临床病例,探讨温胆汤类方在呼吸系统疾病中的运用。

Wendan Decoction is effective in regulating qi, resolving phlegm, harmonizing the gall bladder and stomach,strengthening the spleen, and tranquilizing the mind. The lung is the master of qi and respiration, and it is also the master of all channels. Respiratory diseases are often characterized by cough, phlegm, and wheezing, of which phlegm is an important pathological factor. In clinical practice, the main symptoms of internal disturbance of phlegm and heat, abnormalities in the mind,and loss of harmony between the spleen and stomach are treated with Wendan Decoction, and better results can be achieved by linking the Wendan Decoction with respiratory diseases. In this paper, we discuss the application of Wendan Decoction associated prescriptions in respiratory diseases, starting from the origin of Wendan Decoction associated prescriptions and the mechanism of treating respiratory diseases, and combining with clinical cases.
