“经络别通”取穴法是殷克敬教授依据《黄帝内经》的“开、阖、枢”理论,融合《黄帝内经》标本根结和六经辨证法理论,结合自己多年临床实践经验创立的一种独特取穴方法。此法通过“查经”“辨证”“取穴”三步选取穴位,毫针直刺,行补泻手法治疗痛症。其特点是取穴少而精,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。文章通过对经络理论机制的解析,从而解释了“经络别通”取穴法在治疗痛症中的作用原理。并且通过2个病案进一步阐释了其在临床上对痛症的治疗效果。

The ‘relationship of meridians and collaterals’ acupoint selection method is a unique acupoint selection method founded by professor YIN Ke-jing. This method refers to the theory of ‘opening, closing and pivoting’ in Huangdi Neijing, integrates the theory of Biao-ben and Gen-jie and six meridians syndrome differentiation in Huangdi Neijing, and combines with his many years of clinical practice experience. This method selects acupoints through three steps of ‘meridian investigation’ ‘syndrome differentiation’ and ‘acupoint selection’, and uses filiform needle direct needling and reinforcing and reducing techniques to treat pain. It is characterized by fewer and more precise acupoints and remarkable effect, which is worthy of popularization and application. Through the analysis of the theoretical mechanism of the meridians, this paper explains the principle of the acupoint selection method of ‘relationship of meridians and collaterals’ in the treatment of pain. The clinical therapeutic effect on pain was further explained through two medical cases.
